Absolutely! The North Pole Santa is the very same real-bearded Santa you see in all these photos. This is why spaces are extremely limited and we strongly encourage early booking to guarantee your spot.
An important question! And yes, Santa has a full and luxurious 100% real beard.
Santa has a HQ in Liverpool (in the North West of England) but is happy to travel anywhere! Rates and travel costs will be discussed on a case by case basis.

You can expect a highly professional and authentic Santa who will make it a priority to ensure that every child, along with the adults, feels genuinely recognised and involved. These experiences will create lasting memories that will be fondly recalled and talked about for months to come.
It’s important to mention that the Santa you see in the photographs on our website is the very same person who will be at your event. So, we really do encourage you to make your bookings as soon as you can. Once a date is reserved, we won’t be able to make it available again. And while we’ll always do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests, do keep in mind that Santa is just one person, no matter how magical he might be.
Yes, Santa always has an up to date DBS check to ensure peace of mind and safety for all clients.
Custom Videos
Once you’ve placed your order for a custom video you’ll get sent two emails. One of which contains a link where you’ll enter all the information about your little ones. These details will come straight through to Santa’s Workshop, and we’ll then film your special one-off video in plenty of time for Christmas.
Once your unique video has been created, you will be sent an email containing a link which lets you simply download it to your computer, tablet or phone.
All videos will be in mp4 format that should play on all devices.
Absolutely! There’s nothing more magical for the little ones than when Santa takes a copy of their letter or photo out of his Big Red Book and holds it up to the camera! That truly makes them believe that he knows who they are. Scans or photos can be uploaded and sent to us from the information form you’ll fill in, or afterwards via email. Simply drop us a line!
Santa will be recording your special video in the weeks leading up to Christmas. We’ll email the download link to you by the 22nd of December at the latest. If it’s a school or place of work you can let us know when it needs to be sent by.
Yes! Because of the amount of time it takes for Santa to record all these videos and send them out, these places are indeed very limited. It’s best to get your order in early and then you know you’ll get your magical video.
Absolutely! We regularly do multiple videos for nephews, nieces, brothers, sisters, parents and even grandparents. Sometimes we’ll get orders for multiple ‘home’ videos for the kids plus one for the grown up’s place of work. Simply go through the order process and add as many as you like to your cart. These order details will then be sent through to Santa in his Workshop.
We open up orders around October (although it may be earlier this year). If you’d like to know when custom videos are available, simply sign up for email updates and you’ll be the first to know!
